DW Clearance Solutions provides house clearance, partial clearance, probate clearance, and secure storage services. Specific terms for each service will be agreed upon directly between you and DW Clearance Solutions prior to commencement of work.

3. Unique Finds Store

3.1 Reservations

Reserving an item through our website does not constitute a purchase. A reservation indicates your interest in the item. Dan will contact you to confirm availability, arrange payment, and organise collection or delivery.

3.2 Pricing

All prices listed on the Unique Finds Store are in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated before payment is taken.

3.3 Payment

Payment is arranged directly with DW Clearance Solutions via bank transfer or cash on collection. Payment must be received before items are dispatched or released for collection.

3.4 Condition of Items

Items sold through the Unique Finds Store are pre-owned. While we describe items as accurately as possible, minor imperfections may exist. Items are sold as seen.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a reservation at any time before payment has been made by contacting us. Once payment has been made and the item collected or dispatched, returns are at the discretion of DW Clearance Solutions.

5. Liability

DW Clearance Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services purchased.
